Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services, you agree to the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

Diagnostic fees are required for us to inspect and identify plumbing issues. Any estimated repair costs provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen complications discovered during the performance of work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.
